An internship program specialising in Account Management, Strategy and Production.

After a short hiatus due to covid, myself and my co head of Homegrown were given the opportunity to not only bring back, but re-design, the BBH Homegrown internship program.

Re working the application, selection and program experience we offered four month placements in Account management, Strategy and Production. Interns could either spend their full placements in one department or try two on for size.

Out of hundreds of applications and interviews we selected six interns to be placed across each department. We created their training programs, inductions, account selections and mentees in each department.

The internship program resulted in three out of the six interns being hired full time and who still remain employed at BBH London to this day.
